Ferrari surprised everyone last week at California’s famous Car Week with a stunning ride! They showed off a customized 812 Competizione under their Tailor Made program.
But, wait till you hear this – the ride has a livery inspired by a sketch from Ferrari’s design chief Flavio Manzoni! It’s as if he sketched it on paper and voila, there it was – a remarkable personalized ride for everyone to see!
Last week in Monterey, a new Ferrari model caught the eyes of car enthusiasts with its stunning airbrushed livery.
Similar to the Bugatti Chiron Super Sport, the Ferrari’s unique design was not hand-drawn, but created using an airbrush technique.
The sleek canvas is a beautiful matte yellow known as Giallo Tristrato, paired with hand-drawn sketches in matte black Nero DS Sketch. The artful theme extends to the cabin, featuring striking yellow Alcantara trim with embroidered black design sketches.
Ferrari’s designers used yellow cards to come up with this one-of-a-kind car, which is set to be auctioned for charity by Ferrari North America in New York City on October 17th.
The car is powered by a 789 hp engine that can reach 0-62 mph in under three seconds and has a top speed of 211 mph.
This 812 Competizione was launched in 2021 as the final development of the 812, and a successor may already be in the works. All proceeds from the auction will support education projects.
