New Mercedes-Benz EQB 2024: Fresh Look, Same Power!

You can expect to see this spicy model hitting showrooms in the first half of next year as a 2024 sensation.

The latest model flaunts sleeker design with few tweaks and advanced technology. What’s more exciting is that it is powered by the same three engines from the current EQB series. It is divided into EQB 250+, EQB 300 4Matic, and EQB 350 4Matic grades.

Mercedes-Benz has just revealed the 2023 EQB, an all-electric compact crossover with room for up to seven people – perfect for small families! While pricing information hasn’t been officially released, we have a hint that it’ll start at $53,900, including a $1,150 destination charge. Plus, you’ll have a whopping 60.4 cubic feet of storage space with the seats folded down.

The 2024 GLB-Class range has gotten an upgrade, and the EQB model is leading the pack. With fresh tweaks to the front fascia, new wheel designs, and standard LED lighting, this ride looks better than ever before. Plus, it’s even easier to spot, thanks to the black panel with a unique star pattern replacing the old grille.

But that’s not all that’s new about this hot ride. The interior boasts a sleek 10.3-inch screen that houses both the instrument cluster and infotainment system under one glass pane. You can control it all with the latest MBUX interface, including voice activation. And don’t worry about getting wired in – wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are standard. If you’re looking to take things up a notch, opt for the Burmester audio system with Dolby Atmos.

The new EQB is packing some serious power, with up to 288 horsepower. The base model boasts a single motor front-wheel drive, while the upgraded versions feature dual motor all-wheel drive. Plus, with a standard 70.5-kwh battery, you can go the distance – up to 245 miles on a single charge! EPA range estimates haven’t been released yet, but we’re already revved up for this energy-efficient SUV.

Mercedes’ new and improved EQB for 2024 is making charging a breeze with their Plug & Charge function. This nifty feature lets the car and charging station chat directly via cable, starting the charging process automatically for ultimate convenience.

Plus, finding compatible charging stations is a snap thanks to their handy navigation or Mercedes Me Connect app. And that’s not all – the EQB also boasts Sound Experiences, featuring fun and unique sounds that play when you approach, enter, leave, or even drive the car. Control these sound effects with ease via the car’s infotainment system.
